The CBC Stories Bootcamp is a small group of people, doing the work together in real time. We give you the basics, the weekly prompts, and the features — but it's your job to post every day. You'll be in a private Instagram group chat with all participants: a direct, daily place to share your Stories, ask questions, cheer each other on, and be held accountable.

No Facebook groups. Just Instagram — where the work is actually happening.

Monday June 1 — Welcome session, 8am (AWST)

We kick off together on a live Zoom call right after your first weekly prompt lands in your inbox. Meet your group, ask questions, get set up in the Instagram group chat. Optional but highly recommended — recorded for anyone who can't make it.

Every Monday — Your weekly Story prompt pack

Each Monday morning you receive a prompt pack: 7 daily Story ideas for the week ahead, tied to that week's Instagram feature. Read it, save it, use it. You always know what to post — it just takes you to actually do it.

Every day — You post your Story

One Story, every day, for 30 days. Takes 2–5 minutes. Stories disappear after 24 hours so the pressure is off — there's no such thing as a mistake that sticks. The Instagram group chat is there every day for support, questions and celebrating wins.

Wednesday July 1 — Closing session

We wrap up together on a live Zoom. Share what changed, what surprised you, compare your before-and-after stats. By this point you'll have posted 30 times — and built a habit that belongs to you.

Daily time commitment: 2–5 minutes to post your Story + a few minutes in the group chat. That's genuinely it.
