Meet Erin!
Erin Madeley is the Director of our team. With a background in creative small business, having run her own since September 2015, she has a wealth of knowledge to draw from. Having grown a business from scratch, gone through the process of scaling, downsizing, acquiring new brands and diversifying services Erin has pretty much seen it all! In her spare time Erin loves to create pottery, play with her puppy and spend time with her husband and two kids.
Introducing Renee!
Renee is our resident marketing & PR guru! Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts: Tourism & Events, and Media & Communications. Having worked in the field since graduating in 2019 she holds a wealth of experience. Having worked both for small businesses as well as herself as a freelancer Renee really understands the field of promoting yourself as a small business. In her spare time Renee loves to socialise with friends and travel as much as she can.

Ronelia Motroni is our social media superstar. Ronnie has been part of our team for many years working at market events since 2019, then joined our office staff in 2021.
With a creative mind, Ronnie is fantastic at thinking outside the box and coming up with creative concepts. In her spare time Ronnie loves to scrapbook and document her family life. She even shares this on her own dedicated socials, which she does such a fantastic job at some scrapbooking businesses engage her services to promote their products!
